No, you don’t have to send me the original. A photo of it is enough. You can upload it when you purchase your item.

What if their handwriting is hard to read?

That’s no problem at all. Every handwriting is unique and I’ll work with what you give me.

How long does it take until I get my keepsake?

It'll take about 2-3 weeks.

Does second-hand mean they’re not in very good condition?

All of the pieces are carefully chosen and are in very good, some of them even new condition.

I can’t find the right size in your shop.

I don’t have anything handwritten, can you still embroidery my item?

Absolutely, just leave a note when you order and I’ll use a generic font.
